A. 当施設はお客様のスマートフォンを利用して動画の撮影を行う体験型スタジオです。
ご自身のスマートフォンをお持ち込みください。
また、歩きながらの撮影や、高台に上がっての撮影もございます。怪我をされている方、妊娠されている方には一部コンテンツの体験をご遠慮いただく場合がございます。チケットご購入の際はご注意ください。
Q. 荷物を置く場所はありますか？
A. 当施設内にロッカー等はございません。お荷物の管理はお客様自身の責任で管理していただく、もしくは事前にジャズドリーム長島館内のコインロッカーをご利用いただくようお願いします。

A. ショップエリアにはベビーカー、車いすをお持ち込みいただけます。
有料エリアは演出の都合上、ベビーカー、車いすに乗車してのご入場はできません。

A. ペットを連れてのご入場はご遠慮いただいています。
Q. 当日券はありますか？
A. 当日券は店頭にてご購入いただけます。混雑状況によって当日券の販売を停止する場合がございます。そのため、チケット販売ページ（オフィシャルサイトまたはアソビュー！）より事前のチケット購入を推奨いたします。

A. 各チケットには年齢や就学条件が設定されていますので、必ずお持ちください。入場時に身分証の提示をお願いする場合がございます。
Q. 入場前の待ち時間はありますか？
A. 指定の時間にお越しいただいたお客様を順番にご案内いたします。混雑状況により入場までお待ちいただく場合がございます。
Q. 予約時間に間に合わない場合はどうしたらいいですか？
A. 当日の営業時間内に限り、空き状況に応じ順番にご案内させていただきます。現地スタッフにお声掛けください。

Q. 再入場は可能ですか？
A. 有料エリア入場後の再入場はご遠慮ください。
Q. 体験時間はどのくらいですか？
A. 体験時間は30分から1時間ほどを目安としています。混雑時は、体験時間を目安にスタッフが退店の声がけをさせていただく場合がございます。
Q. 子供は入場できますか？
A. 安全面から、小学生以下のお客様の入場にはお子様２名につき保護者（成人）1名以上のご同伴をお願いします。保護者の方はお子様から目を離さないでいただきますよう、お願いします。また一部コンテンツは6歳以下のお子様のご利用をご遠慮いただいております。
Q. 誰でも楽しめますか？
A. 安全面から、お身体の不自由な方、妊娠されている方、飲酒されている方には一部コンテンツの体験をお断りする場合がございます。
Q. 1人でも体験できますか？
A. お一人様でも体験していただけるコンテンツを複数ご用意しています。
また、一部のコンテンツは複数名で楽しんでいただくものもございます。
Q. 体験人数に制限はありますか？
A. 団体様でもご入場いただけますが、一部のコンテンツは安全面から体験人数に制限を設けています。必ずお守りいただくようにお願いします。
Q. どんな服装で行けばよいですか？
A. 当施設では、低い位置からの撮影や、歩きながら撮影する体験がございます。すべてのコンテンツをお楽しみいただくため、動きやすい服装・靴（パンツスタイル、スニーカー等推奨）でお越しください。
なお、安全面から一部コンテンツではハイヒール・ピンヒール等での利用をご遠慮いただいております。ヒールでお越しのお客様には靴の貸し出しもございます。スタッフにお声掛けください。
Q. スマホは全機種対応ですか？
A. 縦：160.8mm、横幅：78.1mm、厚さ：8.3mmを超える規格のスマートフォンに一部対応していないコンテンツがございます。
Q. スマホケースやスマホのアクセサリーをつけていても大丈夫ですか？
A. スマホケースをご利用のお客様は、一部対応しないコンテンツがある場合や、また、アトラクション、スマートフォンの双方の破損に繋がる恐れがございます。必ずケースやストラップなどのアクセサリーを外して各コンテンツをお楽しみください。
Q. 撮影時に注意することはありますか？
A. 演出を楽しんでいただく際、以下の注意事項にご留意ください。
①照明効果が点滅する場合がございます。光に敏感な方はご注意ください。
②照明装置や配線に触れないようお願いします。感電や故障につながる原因となります。
③頭上に取り付けられた照明機器、機材がございます。頭上には十分に注意してご移動ください。
④照明・スモーク演出があるエリアでは、足元に十分に注意してご移動ください。
⑤万が一、機材に不備がある場合は、スタッフにお声がけください。
Q. Is there anything to be careful before buying the ticket?
A. GINGAGA is a studio where you can enjoy a filming experience with your own smartphone. Please do not forget to bring your smartphone with you.There are some actions like filming in high places and filming while walking. Injured persons and pregnant persons may not be available to experience some of the contents included in the studio. Please notice before buying the ticket.
Q. Is there anywhere to put your baggage in the studio?
A. No lockers are included in the studio. Please look after your baggage by your own responsibility, or use the coin lockers in Jazz Dream Nagashima before coming to our studio.

Q. Are we able to enter the studio with baby strollers or wheelchairs?
A. For the shop area, you are able to bring your baby strollers and wheelchairs with you.When you enter the studio, we will guide you to the stroller and wheelchair’s parking area.Please leave your baby strollers and wheelchairs before entering.
Q. Are we allowed to bring in our pets?
A. No pets are allowed to enter the studio.
Q. Is there any same-day tickets for this studio?
A. You can buy the same-day ticket at the store’s counter. If the studio is crowded, we may not sell the same-day ticket for that day. So, we recommend you to buy the ticket before coming to our studio through our ticket page( the official site or Asoview). Check out our X(Twitter) account for the latest information for the same-day ticket.

Q. Do we need to show any ID cards to enter the studio?
A. Please bring your ID cards, because for each ticket, requirements such as ages and schools are set. We may offer you to show the ID cards when you enter the studio.
Q. Do we have to wait before entering the studio?
A. We will guide the customers who have come on the specified time at first. if it is crowded, you might have to wait for a while to enter the studio.
Q. What should I do if I wasn’t available to arrive on my reservation time?
A. Just for that day’s opening time, we will let you in the studio if it wasn’ crowded inside.Ask the staff in the studio that day.
※Depending on the availability, you might have to wait for a while to enter the studio.
※If it is crowdy, we might not allow you to enter the studio. So please stay ahead of your reservation time.
Q. Is re-entering allowed?
A. After entering the filming studio, re-entering is not allowed.
Q. How long does it take to experience the whole contents?
A. The estimated time for the whole experience is about 30 minutes - 1 hour. When it is crowded, the staff may ask you to leave the studio.
Q. Are childrens allowed to enter?
A. For your safety, when 2 childrens under the age of an elementary school student want to enter, they need at least 1 adult to take care. Parents, please be sure not to take your eyes off your child.Furthermore, children under 6 years old are not allowed to use some of the contents in the studio.
Q. Can everyone have fun?
A. For your safety, we might not allow persons with physical disabilities, pregnant women, and persons who have drunk alcohol.
Q. Can a single person experience the studio?
A. We have prepared several contents for those who have come alone.On the other hand, some contents are made for several people to have fun.
Q. Is there any limits for the number of people to experience?
A. Groups are allowed to enter, but for your safety some of the contents have a limit for the number of people to experience. Please follow the constructions.
Q. What kind of outfits are recommended?
A. In this studio, there are some filming experiences from low angles and by walking. To enjoy all the contents, please come with a moveable clothes and shoes such as pants styles and sneakers. Also, for your safety we will not allow you to wear stiletto or high heels for some of the contents. We also have a rental service of shoes for those who have come with heel shoes. Please ask the staff for a rental.
Q. Are all kinds of smartphones available to use in the studio?
A. Smartphones which exceed the following spec may not be available to use some of the equipment in our studio. Height: 160.8mm, length: 78.1mm,width: 8.3mm.
Q. Is it okay to put on a smartphone case or some accessories for our smartphone?
A. For those who are putting on a smartphone case or accessories, please remove them before enjoying the contents.Because some contents are not available to those kinds of parts, and it might cause serious damage to both the attraction and to your smartphone.
Q. Is there anything to be aware of before filming?
A. To enjoy our direction, please be aware of the following notes.
1.There are some blinking lights for the lighting effects. for those who are sensitive to lights, please be careful.
2.Please do not touch the lighting equipment and codes. It might cause an electric shock or a breakdown for the attraction.
3.There are some lighting machines and equipment overhead. Please watch your head.
4.For the areas which contain lighting and smoking effections, please watch your steps while moving.
5.If you find any troubles for the equipment, please notify the staff.
